Hiring for the role of Procurement cum Customer Relations Executive in Dubai, UAE

CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency

Job Accountabilities Linked To Objective Areas

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Source trading materials through local vendors ensure 3 quotations are received for better pricing and profitability.
  • Raising LPO’s and ensuring trading items are received in a timely manner
  • Preparing minutes of the meeting and following up on open actionable items
  • Update GRN and Purchase invoices in system timely
  • Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization Any other activity which may be assigned by the management

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge/Skills Qualifications Bachelors Degree, Diploma in communication skills will be an advantage.

3 years’ experience in a manufacture or sales driven environment

Essential customer liaison experience required in a B2B manufacturing sector
