Procurement Coordinator Secretary & Receptionist – 1 Position.

We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator Secretary & Receptionist who can efficiently manage procurement activities and provide administrative support. The individual will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies. Additionally, the role entails serving as Secretary   & Receptionist within the company.

Procurement Coordinator cum Receptionist – Detailed Job Description:

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess procurement needs, identify suitable suppliers, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Communicate with suppliers to negotiate terms, place orders, and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track procurement budgets, and maintain accurate records of purchases.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and objectives.
  • Resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Continuously evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics to management.
  • Oversee reception duties including welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Other Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Preferably Arabic-speaking national with proficient English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or related field.
  • Previous experience in the oil & gas sector,
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience in secretarial and receptionist duties, including managing reception area, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
