Description:

Are you an expert at understanding customer requirements and articulating them? Do you have strong liaison and negotiation skills? If this is you, then we are looking for a Pre Sales Engineer – ELV.

Job type: Fulltime.

What you need to have:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Previous work experience as an ELV Pre sales engineer.
  • Prior experience in pre-sales activities of ELV Systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, GRMS, structured cabling etc.
  • Should be able to understand the drawings, specifications of the low current systems provided by the client.
  • Ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints which are outside to your control.
  • Timely completion / delivering the works before deadline.
  • The individual has a proactive approach, pays attention to detail, has good verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide ELV system consultancy to enterprise level customers.
  • Identification of most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meeting the tender requirements and site conditions.
  • Preparation of complete detailed technical proposal includes design schematic drawings/ system architecture, compliance.
  • Attend client meetings for technical clarifications / technical presentation.
  • Strong liaison and negotiation skills with client, vendors, and partner.
  • Ensure that sales, commercial and service teams receive presales support as they request. Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from design to delivery.
  • Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals.
  • Guide the sales team and other teams on the technological advancement.
