Portfolio Alignment Manager – Business Transformation Office

Job Overview

The portfolio alignment manager will be responsible for ensuring that company initiative portfolio sufficiently addresses all strategic objectives. To this end, the portfolio alignment manager will interact directly with the company clusters and corporate functions to coordinate between them and develop plans to address all strategic gaps, while ensuring alignment with centralized standards put in place by the Business Transformation Office. Responsibilities:

  • Assess current portfolio of initiatives against company strategic objectives and identify missing capabilities
  • Look ahead to identify any required initiatives relating to corporate transformation or change management
  • Work with clusters and corporate functions to develop plans and initiatives that tackle gaps in addressing strategic objectives
  • Follow up with initiative owners to ensure alignment of initiatives with centralized standards for prioritization, approval and nomenclature
  • Liaise between clusters and corporate functions to coordinate initiative planning across the company.

Requirements:

  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and able to communicate effectively with people across all levels of seniority both internally and externally
  • Proven track record in cross functional project management and corporate transformation
  • Relishes high pressure situations and is able to embrace new challenges frequently
  • Good with people and able to exercise influence across the organization
  • Ideally has worked 3+ years in either a top management consulting company, investment bank or top-rated start-up in a similar role
  • Is fluent in English
  • Holds a Master’s in Business Administration, Management, Economics or similar from a top tier university
