The firm is currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to support, configure, and enhance its ServiceNow platform. The role involves ensuring stable system performance, resolving technical issues, and improving workflow efficiency across business and legal operations. This position also plays a key role in supporting internal stakeholders and collaborating with development teams for continuous platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer, configure, and support ServiceNow workflows and platform operations
• Maintain system health, monitor performance, and resolve technical issues
• Develop and enhance workflows, forms, reports, and business rules
• Provide technical support to attorneys, business managers, and internal teams
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and platform-related incidents
• Collaborate with development teams on upgrades, releases, and testing
• Improve workflow efficiency through optimization and automation
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
• Strong knowledge of workflow development and system maintenance
• Programming experience in Java, .NET, C#, C++, SQL, Python, or APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with system upgrades and platform enhancements
• Familiarity with RPA, Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, and Azure (preferred)

Salary Range (By State):
