The organization is currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst II specializing in billing and revenue analytics. This role is focused on transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key analytical partner to finance and business teams, developing dashboards, models, and reporting systems that enhance visibility into revenue performance, billing accuracy, and financial forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance revenue and billing analytics dashboards across products, regions, and business segments.
• Analyze financial data to identify growth trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance teams to evaluate commissions, quotas, and incentive structures.
• Build forecasting models linking pipeline, bookings, and revenue performance.
• Integrate and reconcile data from multiple systems including Salesforce, billing platforms, and financial databases.
• Create a unified source of truth for revenue reporting and financial analytics.
• Support territory planning and quota setting through data-driven insights.
• Present clear, actionable insights to senior leadership through dashboards and reports.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance policies.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial data analysis.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 1+ year of experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or KQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with ETL pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of revenue analytics, billing systems, and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
