The company is currently seeking a detail-oriented Senior Billing Analyst to join its Financial Operations team. This role focuses on managing complex billing processes, ensuring accuracy in revenue operations, and supporting financial reporting across multiple systems and partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in billing systems, and the ability to interpret contractual agreements and translate them into accurate billing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret complex billing agreements including usage-based pricing, revenue share models, credits, and custom contracts.

• Configure and maintain billing systems, schedules, and partner billing preferences.

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy between billing records, contracts, and financial systems.

• Validate billing data integrity across multiple platforms to support accurate AR and cash forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, audit requirements, and internal financial controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

• Maintain and update billing SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.

• Analyze billing issues and recommend process improvements for scalability.

• Assist in financial reporting and operational analysis related to revenue and billing performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or financial analysis.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analytical and formula-based functions.

• Experience with ERP, billing, or accounts receivable systems.

• Understanding of revenue recognition and billing lifecycle processes.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting audit and financial close processes.
