The company is currently seeking a Senior Value Engineer to support its US territories. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who can translate technical capabilities into measurable business value and help enterprise clients maximize the impact of Elastic solutions.
The selected candidate will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design value-driven strategies, build executive-level business cases, and support customers in achieving operational efficiency and digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with account teams to develop and execute value delivery strategies for key enterprise clients.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify business challenges and quantify potential economic impact.
• Translate Elastic’s technical solutions into clear business value and ROI-driven outcomes.
• Develop and present executive-level business cases and value assessments.
• Analyze customer workflows to identify optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Create boardroom-quality presentations and strategic documentation for leadership stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Provide best practices and guidance to maximize adoption and value realization of Elastic products.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Elastic solutions and industry trends.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams and customers.
• Support development of value engineering frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Contribute to improving value-based selling practices across the organization.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, solution architecture, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of search, observability, and security technologies is preferred.
• Proven experience in developing business cases and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in value-based selling methodologies and customer success strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional workstreams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately once per month for client engagements.
• Experience working in enterprise software or consulting environments is highly desirable.
