We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who can join immediately in UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction achieved.
• Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
• Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
• Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
• Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
• Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.
• Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
• Generate operational reports for management as needed.

About You

• Proven 5-8 years of Operations experience in Courier/ Logistics industries.
• Good knowledge of Operations optimization & Ground operations management with direct handling experience.
• Excellent problem solving skills, and ability to think outside the box.
• Attention to details and strong analytical skills
• Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
• Effective communication skills and strong presentation skills
