Hiring Operations Executive – Air Export
Location: DAFZ, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify customs declarations and shipping documents (AWBs, SLIs, packing lists)
- Ensure compliance with international export regulations
- Coordinate with DNATA, airlines, and ground handlers for smooth shipment execution
- Arrange and monitor road/air transportation to meet deadlines
- Track shipments, communicate with clients/partners, and manage delays proactively
- Verify freight charges and handle invoicing accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in air export operations (freight forwarding/logistics)
- Proficient in customs documentation and export compliance
- Experience with DNATA, airlines, or ground handlers is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
