MEP Senior Supervisor, Dubai
Ensure all PPM’s are adhered to and any reactive service requests completed in line with KPIs & SLAs
Support of technicians, provide expertise in identifying faults, recommend rectification methods and supervise the entire process
Manage the technical requirements for fault rectification, not limited to BMS, HVAC, Electrical and Mechanical systems
Ensure all MEP systems are running smoothly and efficiently as per design parameters
Provide updates and reports to the Technical/Operations/FM Manager as required
Verify any reports related to MEP services along with specialized systems like Chillers, Generators, etc.
Ability to operate & Monitor BMS
Support Ops Mngr. to verify equipment on site, maintenance access, operating parameters and design criteria as per testing and commissioning documents
Support Ops Mngr. in building handover as per design documents
QUALITIES:
Must have 5 years’ experience
Must have strong English communication skills (verbal & written, EPT 3) & strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to make decisions and work without supervision
