Hiring Maintenance Supervisor – Multi-Tech (Min 2 yrs UAE experience)
Coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair work in buildings or large complexes. Manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment, and assign workers to various projects.
Technical supervisors oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems
Responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determine what installation or repair services need to be performed. Maintenance-related duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distribute work assignments.
Participate in the coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
