Chicago Maintenance and Construction Company for its strategic expansion, invites application for the following opportunities
Construction Division
Logistic Engineer
Must be from Civil engineering background with thorough experience in Process and 8 to 10 year of experience with a general contractor (local Experience preferred)
HSE advisor
Must be from Civil engineering or safety engineering background with thorough 10 to 15 years’ experience in civil construction NEBOSH Diploma Mandatory, local authority approval preferred
Interior Fit out Division
Estimator cum quantity Surveyor
Interior Division with thorough experience in process 8 to 10 year of local experience preferred and a good knowledge of interior fit out, joinery business and commercial acumen, good experience in Both roles
Site Manager:
Interior fit out with thorough experience in process, minimum 10 year of experience in the fit out industry of which 5 years are in a supervisory capacity, to be able to run the site independently and manage the subcontractors
