A reputed a company is looking for a Legal Manager reporting directly to CEO.

Job Purpose

She/he is responsible for managing the legal affairs of the organization/group. Provides consultation, advice, and support, alongside identifying, containing, and managing legal exposure, liabilities, and risk

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Contracts drafting & review
• Litigation and Arbitration
• Managing external law firms
• Interaction with Govt. Departments
• Translation
• Policies and procedures and standardized documentation
• Incorporation of new companies and maintaining Group companies’ registers and POAs

Requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or J.D. Degree from a recognized college/university
• Must have a minimum 5 years work experience in similar roll
• Knowledge of UAE Laws, regulations and the business environment
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• Real estate/property development experience will be advantageous
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills are mandatory
• Ability to clearly communicate and influence.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, Arabic language will be beneficial.
