Immediate Hiring – Jr Designer

Key Criteria Requirement for the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 3-years relevant experience in in Hospitality Design Sector who has worked with leading Interior Design/ Architectural Consultancies in Dubai.
• Proficiency in software tools including Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and Revit.
• Essential experience in institutional, high-end commercial and hospitality buildings, covering all stages from initial brief and concept to detailed design and post-contract deliverables.
• Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and FF&E selection and specification to ensure that installation is in line with the requirements.
• Able to develop mood boards and concept and undertake tasks related to space planning, furniture layout and FF&E documentation.
• Well versed in sourcing of materials and suppliers in the region.
• Ability to work with different projects concurrently.
• Generate innovative ideas, showcasing a penchant for creative thinking that pushes conventional boundaries.
• Possess adept problem-solving skill coupled with creative approach.
• Display an impeccable attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and performing effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, proactive engagement and timely task completion.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to present design solutions to Clients.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and other industry standards.
