Finesse Global hiring Data Quality Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
The person will be responsible for analyzing data quality, formulating data standards, and developing practices and procedures that properly manage the full data lifecycle. S/he should be well-versed with Azure Cloud Platform and related technologies & tools for implementing Data Quality initiatives on Cloud Infra.
Basic Requirements: Minimum 5 years of Hands-on experience in implementing Data Stewardship programs, Data Quality Frameworks with Scorecards, Standards for data collection, data integration with other enterprise applications, and Data Flows remediation plans. Must have strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with senior leadership for Data Use case Identification, Data Strategy and Road-map implementation with focus on new avenues for Data Monetization. Will be solely responsible for creating a data-ready environment that can be leveraged across for various use-cases like Single Customer Views, AI/ML deployments, targeted marketing, etc. Should have worked on Enterprise Data Strategy and setting out data roadmap with a focus on making data driven organization. Proficient with Data Governance Framework – its Policies & Procedures, Roles & Responsibilities, DG council & charters, alignment with Legal & Compliance requirements, etc. Undertaking the research, collation, collection, interpretation and analysis of customer business data – to publish & maintain Data Catalogues and Data Lineage. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computers or related field.
Preferred Requirements: Knowledge of Azure Cloud platform for Storages, Data Warehouses, Microsoft Purview, Data Pipelines, BI and Visualization tools, etc. Professional Certifications from Microsoft (or other accredited universities) in related fields of Data Management/Governance
