Alpha Data is seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer specializing in IT and technical recruitment to join its team in Dubai. This role is suitable for recruitment professionals with strong experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical positions.
The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers, manage the complete recruitment process, identify qualified talent through multiple channels, and support successful onboarding while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical recruitment requirements and workforce needs.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Assess technical skills, professional experience, and cultural fit of candidates.
• Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and feedback processes.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Support offer negotiations and onboarding procedures.
