Hiring IT Engineer
Req: Must have at least 2 years of experience as an IT Engineer.
Manage the creation, servicing, and deletion of user IDs (G-suite, Workplace, etc. Oversee inventory including licenses, warranties, and hardware. Enhance user experience by managing IT support provided by partners. Conduct user training and prepare instructions/manuals. Prepare IT Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and provide timely data to concerned stakeholders. Implement and maintain new IT and communication technologies (e.g., Video Conferencing, G-suite). Identify manual processes and find software solutions to automate them.
Troubleshoot and maintain computers and their hardware. Resolve network-related issues within the premises. Ensure database integrity and provide security solutions both remotely and onsite. Address daily user problems related to operating systems and applications. Monitor and verify scheduled backups, making necessary adjustments as required.
Check EScan Antivirus status and schedule weekly silent scans. Perform manual virus scans on client PCs during visits. Maintain comprehensive records of all IT-related inputs and outputs. Provide IT support as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office versions 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016. Install and manage various antivirus solutions including E-Scan ISS for SMB, McAfee Total Protection, and Quick Heal. Install and administer domains. Manage various objects using Active Directory Services (AD). Work on Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Intune Company Portal. Configure VDI and resolve related issues.
