Description:

The University of Dubai is hiring for the position of Internship Executive.

The key responsibilities for the role are:

• Support, develop & implement internship programs
• Oversee the registration process
• Initiate and build partnerships with employers to develop student opportunities
• Visit internship providers with faculty members from the colleges
• Plan, co-conduct and create material for internship workshops and information programs
• Maintain internship placement database for purposes of tracking and reporting

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of career and occupational resources, trends, and opportunities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Career Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or other related major
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with a recruitment firm or in a university
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
