Insurance Coordinator Required

Job description:

• Handle daily insurance-related task like eligibility check, pre-approvals, verifications, etc. for OP/IP/ER
• Ensure compliance with department turnaround time, quality and productivity
• Coordinate with insurance companies/TPAs
• Coordinate with in-house doctors, CBD doctors, and relevant hospital teams for approval matters
• Coordinate with hospital finance department and head office for invoicing and claim submission/resubmission/reconciliation
• Evaluate and process claims in accordance with insurance policy terms and conditions
• Prepare final approval for OP/IP/ER claim for submission within stipulated time frame.
• Identify and report back any type of claims observation or issues that may affect the process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with any medical/health insurance background experience preferably in clinic/hospital settings.
• Willing to work in hospital shifts.
• Willing to work in Northern Emirates (Sharjah). Not willing to relocate need not apply.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge in Arabic would be an added advantage.
• Outside UAE need not apply.
