Description:
Travel Tricks™ is looking for an experienced Outbound Travel Executive to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international destinations, excellent client handling skills, and the ability to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
The role requires managing the complete travel process, from understanding customer requirements and preparing itineraries to coordinating with suppliers and ensuring smooth booking completion.
This is an opportunity to work with an international travel and destination management company with exposure to FIT, corporate travel, MICE, and global destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound travel enquiries and manage client requirements independently.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable destinations and travel itineraries.
• Prepare quotations, travel proposals, and customized packages.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel suppliers.
• Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Manage bookings from initial enquiry until completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outbound travel.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations and international travel itineraries.
• Ability to manage clients independently from enquiry to booking.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of:
