Wiraa is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Associate I to support daily administrative operations for a leading healthcare and education organization.
The role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, supporting financial documentation, and assisting with departmental activities to ensure smooth operations.
This position offers a primarily remote work environment with occasional on-site presence required every 6–10 weeks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and prepare reports to support departmental requirements.
• Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, and related documentation.
• Process and track financial documents including invoices, payments, requisitions, and expense reimbursements.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and other administrative documents.
• Type, edit, and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Answer calls, manage correspondence, and relay important messages.
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings, conferences, interviews, and appointments.
• Maintain organized filing systems and review administrative records.
• Order and manage office supplies to support daily operations.
• Open, review, and distribute incoming mail.
• Provide additional administrative support as required.
Requirements:
