Vacancy for Import/Export Customer Service fcl & airfrieght freight forwarding Officer-Dubai Office

Role:

• Overall handling of the Entire Import /Export process.
• Handling Customers and vendors.
• Laise with Overseas agents & Liners.
• Prompt communication with the overseas and local partners
• Ensuring proper handling of shipments from Start to finish.
• Pricing and Agency Management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 Years UAE Import/Export Freight Forwarding Customer Service Experience .
• Ability to Multi-task, Planning and Organizing skills.
• Capacity to handle stressful situations.
• Strong work ethics, well organized and self motivated
• Strong negotiation skills and Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, be a team player.
