Hiring for HR Operations Officer

  • With experience and knowledge of the following:

HR Operations Officer will be responsible for HR operations, with expertise in payroll management, leave management, time and attendance, onboarding, off boarding, company policies, employee relations, performance appraisal, ERP system, and thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws. The HR Operations will ensure the smooth execution of various HR functions, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and off boarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies and procedures. Coordinate off boarding activities such as exit interviews, clearance processes, and documentation.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing salaries, bonuses, and benefits. Collaborate with finance department to resolve any payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee records management, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee queries resolution. Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Stay abreast of UAE labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization’s compliance with all legal requirements. Advise management on HR-related compliance matters and implement necessary actions to mitigate risks.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and concerns. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, including employee contracts, policies, and procedures. Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of working experience in HR.
  • Thorough understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
