Are you ready to be a key player in the pre-opening phase of a luxurious 5-star hotel in Dubai, preparing to welcome guests this October? Our esteemed client, a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking experienced Head Hostesses to join their pre-opening team and lead the front-of-house operations with grace and efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the guest relations team and manage the seating arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide assistance as needed throughout their dining experience.
- Coordinate with the restaurant manager and kitchen staff to manage reservations effectively and ensure timely seating.
- Train and mentor guest relations team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the hotel’s service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory guest relations role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
