We are the biggest e-commerce platform for grocery delivery service in the UAE and are looking for HR Manager from fmcg industry experience.

The Position:

We are looking for HR Manager.

  • Lead as key business partner to senior leaders and managers to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness.
  • Lead recruitment team with a focus on bringing in diverse talent and building a talent pipeline
  • Support business strategic and operational goals
  • Manage key HR processes, including annual salary Drive key HR strategies and initiatives to planning, compensation, bi-annual performance feedback cycle, leadership development review, employee training and development, and employee relations.
  • Conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make appropriate recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Essential Responsibilities –

  • Lead team HR professional team.
  • Partner with business leaders on multiple human resource issues including policies, legislation processes and practices; evaluation / development of personnel, annual reviews, and compensation plans.
  • Responsible for implementation of process improvement including leading change initiatives, planning, facilitation, staffing, pipeline, and talent development
  • Provide leadership for the development and execution of organizational vision and structure
  • Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, encouraging the full use of diverse talents and abilities Act as an employee advocate and drive various corporate and division business initiatives.
  • Identify recruiting needs, develop pipeline of qualified candidates,
  • Drive HR processes such as e-HR dashboard, annual HR review (Session C), organizational effectiveness, and performance management
  • Responsible for investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications, and management coaching.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in human resources or a related field HR Experience including employee relations, developing managers and/or conflict resolution experience and strong working knowledge of employment laws.
  • Management Experience, multi-locations / matrix environment a plus.
  • More preferred working on blue collar centric organization.
