LOFT Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Storekeeper to join their team for an ongoing construction project in Dubai.

Job Role:

Material Management

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of construction materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling, labelling, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using software or manual logs.
• Monitor material usage and stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.

Inventory Control

• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with records.
• Track material inflow and outflow from site stores.
• Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to manage material expiry and wastage.

Coordination

• Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and foremen for timely delivery of materials to work fronts.
• Issue materials based on approved Material Request Forms (MRFs).
• Liaise with suppliers and transporters for delivery follow-ups.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MIRs (Material Inspection Reports), issue slips, and delivery notes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Report material discrepancies or damages to the site engineer or project manager.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety and storage standards at the warehouse/site store.
• Keep store premises neat, secure, and organized teams

Requirement:
