The company is currently hiring a Staff Data Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives focused on personalized financial solutions. This role is highly cross-functional and involves collaboration with engineering, data science, marketing, and analytics teams to design and deliver impactful financial products. The ideal candidate will bring strong product leadership, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of fintech ecosystems.
This position plays a key role in shaping product strategy, enhancing consumer experiences, and driving data-powered innovation across multiple financial verticals. The role reports directly to the VP of Data & Analytics and requires strong ownership of product vision, execution, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and define the product roadmap for data-driven financial products across credit cards, lending, and wealth management
• Develop product strategies that enhance personalization and improve customer financial decision-making experiences
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify growth opportunities
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, including requirements gathering and execution planning
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing teams to build and deliver scalable product solutions
• Manage integrations with third-party partners such as credit bureaus and financial service providers
• Monitor product performance using data analytics tools, A/B testing, and optimization techniques
• Analyze user engagement, conversion rates, and product effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
• Translate customer insights into actionable product innovations and enhancements
• Ensure seamless execution of product launches and ongoing updates aligned with business objectives
• Mentor and support team members while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Communicate product strategy and performance insights to stakeholders across all levels
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or consumer internet companies
• Strong leadership experience with proven ability to drive successful product outcomes
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
• Experience with A/B testing, performance metrics, and user behavior analysis
• Strong understanding of technical systems and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
• Experience working with APIs and third-party product integrations is preferred
• Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts is a plus
• Strong consumer-first mindset with focus on user experience and product value
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial services, credit, lending, or investment products is highly preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in fintech is an advantage
