We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join a dynamic team based in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in real estate or investment accounting and are looking to advance their careers in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain financial integrity and contribute to the overall financial performance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Process financial transactions such as rent collections, security deposits, and vendor invoices
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Support investment and management reporting including ROI, revenue analysis, profitability, and payout schedules
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide support during audits
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the UAE real estate sector
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of:
