Description:
A property management company in Dubai is seeking a professional and highly organized Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to its operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating with tenants and landlords, and assisting with tenancy-related documentation. Individuals with knowledge of Dubai property management procedures and real estate administration will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support
• Manage correspondence, filing systems, and document records
• Coordinate with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers
• Prepare tenancy contracts and related property documentation
• Assist with RDC case filings and follow-up procedures
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and office activities
• Maintain accurate records and ensure document confidentiality
• Support smooth office operations and administrative processes
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
