ALAS Ready Mix LLC is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a solid background in B2B sales and the construction materials industry, capable of driving business growth and achieving ambitious sales objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Working closely with the Operations, Production, and Logistics teams, you will play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction while expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage key customer accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Collaborate with the Operations, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support business growth.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials or B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
