Description:

Dar Al Urooj Technical Services LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and guiding entrepreneurs through the process of establishing their businesses in the UAE.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing the complete sales cycle, from prospect engagement to successful deal closure. Working in a fast-paced and supportive environment, you will help clients select the most suitable business setup solutions while contributing to the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful closing

• Engage with prospective clients through cold and warm outreach activities

• Consult entrepreneurs on Freezone and Mainland business setup options

• Recommend suitable licensing structures based on client requirements

• Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients

• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales journey

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in consultative sales

• Previous experience in business setup services is a strong advantage

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset

• Fluent English language skills

• Additional language skills in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam are highly valued
