Rocks & Logs Stone Works LLC is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in Dubai. This opportunity is suited for professionals with solid experience in managing both pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities within the construction sector.

The selected candidate will play a key role in cost management, contract administration, and project commercial support. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage project costs while ensuring commercial objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities for construction projects.

• Prepare interim payment applications, valuations, and project cost reports.

• Handle variations, contractual claims, and final account settlements.

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and commercial performance.

• Support contract administration and commercial management throughout project execution.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in quantity surveying and commercial management.

• Hands-on experience with interim payments, valuations, variations, and claims.

• Good understanding of cost control and contract administration.

• Experience in natural stone, façade, cladding, fit-out, or related construction sectors is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of:

• Quantity surveying principles and commercial management.

• Cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.

• Variations, claims, valuations, and final account preparation.
