The organization is currently hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to join its remote team. This role is responsible for reviewing ancillary insurance marketing presentations and ensuring all deliverables meet strict accuracy, consistency, and compliance standards. The position plays a key role in maintaining quality across benefit and marketing materials used by brokers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed quality reviews of ancillary insurance marketing presentations for accuracy and consistency

• Ensure all deliverables comply with internal standards and formatting guidelines

• Review plan designs, rate structures, financial summaries, and related documentation

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in materials

• Document review findings and report quality trends to leadership teams

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Benefit and Marketing Analyst teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced remote environment

• Maintain high-quality output standards across all assigned work

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ancillary insurance or a related field

• Strong understanding of insurance plan structures, benefits, and rate methodologies

• Good financial acumen with ability to validate calculations and summaries

• High attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy and consistency

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for reporting findings

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setup

• Experience with QA processes, audits, or review procedures is an advantage
