A growing organization is urgently seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join their team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills along with the ability to manage multiple project tasks efficiently.
This role involves supporting day-to-day project execution, ensuring smooth workflow between teams, and maintaining proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates with experience in joinery and fit-out projects will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities and timelines
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• Monitor project progress and support the project team
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
