Description:
A reputable Day Care Centre in Abu Dhabi is urgently looking to hire experienced Operating Theatre Registered Nurses (OT RN) to strengthen its healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified nursing professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a surgical environment.
The selected candidates will assist during surgical procedures, maintain operating theatre standards, ensure patient safety, and follow strict infection control protocols. Immediate joiners with relevant UAE experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the operating theatre before, during, and after surgeries.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
• Monitor and provide quality patient care throughout the surgical process.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and the healthcare team.
• Ensure all surgical equipment and supplies are available and properly maintained.
Requirements:
• Valid DOH License or DOH Passer.
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Theatre nursing experience in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
• Experience assisting with surgical procedures in an operating theatre setting.
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and infection control practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Immediate availability or ability to join at short notice is preferred.
