Description:
Tech ECS Limited is seeking an experienced M365 Engineer for an onsite opportunity in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for skilled Microsoft 365 professionals with extensive experience in managing enterprise cloud environments, security solutions, and modern workplace technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365 services, enhancing security and identity management, automating administrative tasks, and ensuring the reliability and performance of enterprise collaboration platforms. Applicants with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience across Microsoft cloud technologies are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
• Configure and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.
• Manage identity and access solutions using Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender, Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Conditional Access policies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a secure Microsoft 365 environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified: MS-102 certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite enterprise environment.
