Innovations Global is currently looking for an experienced and capable Landscaping Engineer to become part of a leading facility management team based in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise in landscaping maintenance, project coordination, and operational supervision within the facility management sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day landscaping operations, ensuring all outdoor areas and green spaces are maintained to high standards while meeting client and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise landscaping operations, maintenance activities, and site upkeep across assigned facilities
• Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and maintenance efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery
• Take an active role in planning landscaping projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and implementation
• Prepare detailed site reports, maintenance assessments, and progress updates for management and clients
• Monitor project timelines, site conditions, and overall performance to ensure work is completed according to standards
• Support ongoing improvements in landscape design, maintenance processes, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in landscaping engineering or related facility management roles
• Strong experience within the facility management industry is essential
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with project planning, execution, and inspection procedures
• Ability to prepare professional reports and oversee multiple landscaping activities simultaneously
