Lumiere Group LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join its expanding team in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys resolving technical issues, supporting users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within a dynamic healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on IT support experience, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and strong communication skills. Applicants with experience in the medical or healthcare sector, familiarity with ADHICS, and the ability to join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment.

• Support users with system access, software applications, and technical queries.

• Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and assist with routine maintenance.

• Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and system updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support.

• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is preferred.

• Experience with ADHICS is considered an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are required.
