Description:
Korean Techno Inspection Middle East Co. LLC is currently seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to join its Oil & Gas project team in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for experienced safety professionals who are passionate about maintaining safe working environments and ensuring full compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
The selected candidate will play a key role in implementing, monitoring, and improving Health, Safety, and Environmental practices across project operations. The role requires a strong understanding of industry standards, risk management, and workplace safety procedures within large-scale Oil & Gas projects.
This opportunity offers the chance to work on a high-profile project while contributing to a strong safety culture. Candidates who can join immediately will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to project-specific HSE requirements and international best practices
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation
Requirements:
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of HSE experience within the Oil & Gas industry
• Previous experience on ADNOC projects or similar Oil & Gas projects is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding project environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
