Description:

Multiscale is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a safety professional who is committed to maintaining a secure work environment while ensuring full compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE standards, conducting workplace inspections, and promoting a strong culture of safety across project sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, UAE regulations, and Dubai Municipality standards.

• Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.

• Prepare and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Method Statements.

• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks (TBT), and HSE awareness sessions.

• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.

• Monitor PPE compliance and promote a strong workplace safety culture.

• Coordinate emergency response activities and maintain first aid and fire safety preparedness.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.

• IOSH or OSHA certification is an added advantage.

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE or GCC.

• Hands-on experience with site inspections, risk mitigation, and HSE compliance documentation.

• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and Dubai Municipality standards.

• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

• Candidates currently residing in the UAE with immediate availability are preferred.
