Description:
A well-established Tax Advisory and Business Consulting firm in Dubai is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support its growing HR function. This role offers an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who have experience managing employee records, attendance, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations within a professional corporate environment.
The selected candidate will oversee various stages of the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies. The ideal applicant should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and contribute to efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files accurately.
• Monitor employee attendance and provide payroll-related support.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, and administrative HR activities.
• Assist with HR reporting and maintain accurate HR records.
• Support employee relations and respond to HR-related queries professionally.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, with UAE experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR operational processes.
• Experience managing attendance records and payroll support activities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using HRMS software is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners and candidates holding their own UAE visa will be given preference.
