We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to take full responsibility for overall operations, business performance, and guest satisfaction across both the adventure park and restaurant divisions.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven expertise in managing hospitality or entertainment-based businesses, capable of driving operational excellence while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily operations of both the adventure park and restaurant
• Lead, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams across all departments
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and business profitability
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, service quality, and guest satisfaction benchmarks
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
