HBS Dubai is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join its headquarters in Business Bay. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the Front Office Executive will play a key role in representing the organization’s brand and values. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services.
• Manage incoming communications through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and interaction logs.
• Resolve client concerns efficiently while ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
• Support front office operations and administrative functions.
• Uphold the company’s professional image and brand standards in every interaction.
• Ensure a welcoming and organized reception environment at all times.
Requirements:
• Fluent French Speaker or Fluent Russian Speaker.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Professional, polished, and presentable appearance.
• Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with VIP or High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients is an advantage.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, or high-end service environments is preferred.
