Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily financial and accounting operations based on role assignment
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Handle reconciliations, reporting, and financial data analysis
• Monitor credit control processes and ensure timely collections (where applicable)
• Assist in treasury operations and cash flow management (where applicable)
• Maintain accurate financial records and compliance with internal policies
• Collaborate with internal departments for financial coordination
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Strong experience in finance or accounting roles
• Experience in automotive dealerships, distribution, or related industries preferred
• Big 4 accounting firm experience is highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting and accounting principles
• Treasury and cash management (role dependent)
• Credit control and receivables management (role dependent)
• Budgeting and forecasting
• ERP systems and financial software
• Internal controls and compliance procedures
