Description:
High End Films is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Account Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai Studio City. This position is ideal for professionals with UAE accounting support experience who enjoy maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will provide accounting support, manage financial documentation, assist with VAT-related processes, and work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Experience in rental, logistics, or production companies will be considered a valuable advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day accounting and finance support to the team.
• Maintain organized financial records and accounting documentation.
• Assist with VAT documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Process financial transactions accurately using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and update financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely financial follow-ups.
• Monitor financial documents and maintain accurate filing systems.
• Support finance operations while meeting deadlines and company standards.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of accounting support experience in the United Arab Emirates.
• Previous experience in rental, logistics, or production companies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience preparing and maintaining VAT documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up abilities.
• Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
