Description:

A growing startup organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Head of Go-To-Market (GTM). This is a strategic, high-impact role designed for individuals who enjoy working closely with leadership, driving execution, and helping scale business operations across multiple functions.

Unlike a traditional administrative position, this opportunity places the Executive Assistant at the center of sales, marketing, recruiting, partnerships, operations, and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will help improve operational efficiency, manage priorities, and ensure critical projects move forward effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive scheduling, inbox coordination, travel arrangements, and follow-up actions

• Track priorities across sales, marketing, recruiting, partnerships, and leadership initiatives

• Prepare meeting summaries, action items, reports, and executive briefs

• Coordinate hiring processes, candidate communication, and interview scheduling

• Support outbound campaigns, business partnerships, events, and GTM initiatives

• Organize content calendars, product launches, and cross-functional projects

• Conduct research and provide decision-ready information to leadership

• Improve workflows, systems, and operational processes to enhance efficiency

• Utilize AI tools to support research, organization, writing, and execution activities

Requirements:

• Experience supporting founders, executives, or GTM leaders within startup environments

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and task management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote and asynchronous work environment

• Excellent written communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality execution

• High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving capability

• Strong judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision
