A reputable construction organization, ASGC Group, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Document Controller to become part of their dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who possess strong expertise in document management systems, particularly Aconex, and have a solid background working within the construction industry. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage technical documentation efficiently while coordinating with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, organize, and maintain all project-related documents in line with company standards and procedures
• Utilize the Aconex Document Management System to track, upload, and control project documentation
• Handle and process engineering documents such as drawings, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and transmittals
• Ensure proper version control, document tracking, and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth document flow and approvals
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all documentation and records
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Document Controller within the construction sector
• Strong hands-on experience with Aconex Document Management System
• Familiarity with handling technical construction documents including drawings, RFIs, and submittals
• Good understanding of document control procedures, workflows, and compliance standards
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
