Hiring Customer Servicing Project Officer
Role Summary: To coordinate and manage the redesign and implementation of end-to-end customer servicing journeys across enquiries, service requests, and complaints, including system onboarding and MIS / reporting
Reports to: Group Head of Customer Experience
At least 2-5 years of Customer Experience related functions, preferably in Banking, Consumer Finance, Insurance or similar industries
Project management experience in a cross-functional setting
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Effective problem-solving aptitude
Ability to plan and work without direct supervision
