Description:
Voltronix Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Civil / Architectural Engineer to join its growing construction team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid UAE field experience and a strong understanding of local construction regulations and authority approval processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing authority submissions, and working closely with clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure projects are completed in compliance with UAE construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage civil and architectural engineering activities throughout project execution.
• Prepare and coordinate authority submissions, approvals, and NOCs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant government authorities.
• Ensure projects comply with UAE construction standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate site activities and monitor project progress.
• Support project documentation and approval processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE field experience in construction projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Experience with authority submissions, approvals, and NOCs.
• Excellent site coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Dubai Municipality (DM) approval procedures.
• Dubai Development Authority (DDA) regulations.
• Trakhees approvals and compliance requirements.
